Cottages & Cerberus is a cottagecore monster-slaying ttrpg inspired by cozy games with a dash of monster-slaying action. The game is meant to be easy to learn (so you can jump in and start playing in minutes) while still having mechanical depth.
Features: Easy but deep character creation: Assign your CALM, choose a vibe, choose a magic item or pet, and choose 3 abilities (from over 300 options). Simple character creation, but tons of choices. Spoons (inspired by the Spoon Theory) are your resources that track both your physical health and your remaining capacity. A crafting system: Slay monsters and use their parts to cozy-up the cottage. Over 50 monsters. Each monster includes a hunt, a premade adventure that concludes with a boss battle against the monster. Random tables, a session script, and many pre-made hunts will help the Cozy master start playing the game with little prep. 300 pages all in full color with tons of amazing illustrations.
