Players, as the local feudal lords who have moved to Sapporo, are required to work for their contribution to the municipal government of Sapporo. Earn fame for the clan, compete to lead talented pupils, cultivate farmlands, and contribute to the development of Sapporo! The game takes place in Sapporo in the 1870s. Players travel between the agricultural college, central city hall, pioneer village, and foreign settlement to contribute to the municipal government of Sapporo. Spend the resources obtained from the farms to develop Sapporo and earn fame points.
